High Times Stony Awards Date will be announced on February 15, 2008 Tickets: $50 per person THE STONYS are the HIGH TIMES Movie and Television Awards. The trophies given out are functional bongs. This is the 8th year we have held the awards, but this is the second year the show is being held in Hollywood (all previous shows were in New York City). This year, THE STONYS are being held as part of the NORML Conference, and the proceeds from ticket sales will go to NORML to help in the fight to legalize marijuana.
